Financial Aid

At Redeemer Pacific College we understand the value of Christian higher education. That's why we have created a financial awards program that is designed to help you gain a solid foundation in Catholic thought and teaching. Our awards provide you with significant financial assistance throughout your education at Trinity Western University and Redeemer Pacific College.

As a Catholic student at RPC and TWU, you are able to receive financial assistance from both institutions, as well as access outside funding such as government student loans. We encourage you to explore how RPC can help you achieve your goal of Christian higher education.

While students may receive financial awards from both RPC and TWU, applications must be completed and submitted to each separate institution.

Redeemer Pacific College Financial Awards

RPC financial awards range from $500 to $6,000 per academic year. These awards are available for Catholic students who have been accepted and are enrolled in full time studies at RPC and TWU. To qualify as a full time student a student must be enrolled in at least 12 semester hours of courses per semester. Please click here for RPC Financial Aid application policies and procedures. If you are a student at TWU and would like to register at RPC, please fill out our Online Registration Form (link to form).

RPC has financial awards available for both new and returning students. Please refer to the RPC Description of Awards to review the criteria for each award. Please download our Financial Awards Application and send it to the college by fax, mail, or as an email attachment (awards@rpcollege.bc.ca).

Financial Awards from Trinity Western University

Most students qualify for scholarships and bursaries at Trinity Western University, provided that they enroll in full time studies (at least 12 semester hours of courses at RPC/TWU). Information on TWU financial awards, as well as the online application for these awards can be found at the TWU Financial Aid website.

PLEASE NOTE: Financial awards from RPC and TWU are "stackable," meaning that if you receive $2,000 from TWU and $2,000 from RPC, you may accept both awards. (Amounts described here are for example only).

Application Deadline

The application deadline for both RPC and TWU Financial Awards is February 28th each year. All materials should be submitted to TWU and RPC before this date (all hard copies must be postmarked before February 28th). Late applicants are nonetheless encouraged to apply for Financial Aid as there may be remaining awards still available to them.

External Funding

Don't forget to look for financial awards at work places of friends and family as well as on the Internet. Check out your local church, the Knights of Columbus, various other Catholic organizations, and www.studentawards.com. Most highschool counselors also have information on scholarships available to graduating highschool students.

Student loans can also help finance your education. Some government student loans come in the form of grants, and under certain conditions, loan pay back amounts may be capped.
